Teaching Experience
My class aims to increase movement efficiency, unlock a deeper understanding of the body, and provide a synergistic approach to dance through the combining of elements of many dance forms. Aspects of improvisaiton, groove, isolation, bounce, counterpoint, groundedness, and ephebism come into communicaiton with each other throughout class. Class makes space for dialogue around how these elements can be utilized within all styles and languages of dance, promoting the idea of a versatile, hybrid dancer.
